Q.  How can I purchase your products?

You may purchase directly from us. Please indicate the products you are interested in so that we can provide a quote for you.

Q.  What's your trade term?

Based on Incoterms 2010, we provide FOB prices at Taichung port, Taiwan

Q.  What's your payment term?

Payment must be made in advance. Goods are shipped upon confirmation of payment. Normally the total payment is from 30% prepayment in advance and 70% balance after on board.

Q.  What's your lead time?

The lead time is within 15-30 days after PI confirmation and receipt of 30% prepayment.
